**Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. If you cannot remove furniture from home without damage, please do not bid. We are unable to help move furniture, you must bring assistance. Also, please note pickup dates and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up.

NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. This is not available on all lots.
