This estate is located in an apartment complex. The apartment is on the main level, but parking may be limited earlier in the morning and later in the day. We ask that you use courtesy when driving through and parking, especially if you are bringing a larger vehicle or trailer.

The apartment number will only be shared after the auction by email.

IMPORTANT PICK UP INFO

-Please bring any help, dollies, and tools necessary to move and disassemble furniture and heavy items. **We are unable to help you move heavy furniture.**

-Items must be picked up during allotted pickup times. If you are unable to pick up in that time frame, please do not bid. We only have access to the estate during the published times.

-If you wish to pick up your items from our shipper, you will be assessed a surcharge. This is not available on all items.

Any questions about shipping should be directed to our third party shipper (see below) Items for shipping will not be taken to shipper until after pickup is over.
