NOTICE: The estate is a split-level, upstairs items will have to be moved down some stairs out the front with more stairs on the porch, so please bring help for heavy or bulky items. All large items will be the responsibility of the buyers to remove. There is limited availability for parking in the driveway, street parking is available. Please be courteous of neighbors and traffic.

For questions concerning items in the auction please text Jennifer 208-597-1516 or Stephanie at 865-863-1089 between the hours of 10am-5pm EST. We do recommend coming to preview as to better judge items for yourself, especially if you have multiple questions.

Any questions about shipping should be directed to our third party shipper, at the number below, or to our office. Items for shipping will not be taken to shipper until after pickup is over. Please give the shipper time to assess your items and they will contact you with an estimate by email.

NOTICE: We are no longer taking items back to our office for pickup. You MUST pickup your items at the estate or have them shipped to you. Shipping MUST be indicated through Shipping Saint. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause.

Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up. Thank you for your cooperation and good luck bidding.
