Chrissy and Maggie with the JD’s Realty & Auction Team are excited to bring you the Miller Estate! This LaFollete lake house offers a 2021 Kubota tractor, an enclosed trailer and utility trailer, a Polaris RZR, a Ford Ranger, a large number of power tools, and much, much more!

Please note: some evidence of mice in the home. Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up. There is little to no phone signal at this location. Due to this we will not be able to take phone calls for questions on the days of pickup.

NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person’s gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Any questions about shipping should be directed to our third party shipper, at one of the numbers below, or to our office. Items for shipping will not be taken to shipper until after pickup is over.
