King Estate Auction of Morristown, TN

This online only auction will begin to close on Saturday, June 14th at 7pm. 

Charles and Jon are proud to bring you another great auction for JD’s Realty and Auction. We are out at a beautiful house in Morristown for this one. Antiques, houshold, furniture, and more. Lots 50-124 are upstairs. Lots 175-210 are in the basement. Large items upstairs will have to be brought downstairs and taken out front door. Be sure to bring plenty of help to avoid damage to walls and your item. There is a door in the basement to be able to remove your items down there.

NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person’s gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause.

Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up. Thank you for your cooperation and good luck bidding.

Any questions about shipping should be directed to our third party shipper, at one of the numbers below, or to our office. Items for shipping will not be taken to shipper until after pickup is over. Please give the shipper time to assess your items and they will contact you with an estimate by email.
