**Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. If you cannot remove furniture from home without damage, please do not bid. Bring a dolly or hand truck if needed. We are unable to help move furniture, you must bring assistance.

Please note pickup dates and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up.
