NOTICE: Most items are in the basement. We will try to get most items around front, but you may have to walk around back and get your items. All large items will be the responsibility of the buyers to remove. There is limited availability for parking around back to load items weather permitting. If you have questions about parking, you may want to attend our preview.

For questions concerning items in the auction please text Charles at 865-851-4774 between the hours of 10am-7pm EST or send us an email. We do recommend coming to preview as to better judge items for yourself, especially if you have multiple questions.

Any questions about shipping should be directed to our third party shipper, at one of the numbers below, or to our office. Items for shipping will not be taken to shipper until after pickup is over. Please give the shipper time to assess your items and they will contact you with an estimate by email.

NOTICE: We are no longer taking items back to our office for pickup. You MUST pickup your items at the estate or have them shipped to you. Shipping MUST be indicated through Shipping Saint. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause.

Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up. Thank you for your cooperation and good luck bidding.
