Important Pickup Information/Friendly Family Dog

There is a very friendly family dog on the property who may be outside during pickup. Please be aware that he is older, hard of hearing, and has limited eyesight. Use caution and be mindful while on the property.

Narrow Road Access

The road leading to the home is very narrow, and pickup will require patience and cooperation. We will be guiding buyers in and out as quickly and safely as possible so each person can load and exit before the next buyer enters. A staff member will be stationed at the end of the road to control access to the property.

Pickup Dates

January 5th 11-5 & January 6th 10-4 (dates of pick up could change due to bad weather. If unsure, call one of us, our numbers are in the auction details).
