Maggie H. and Chrissy with the JD’s Realty & Auction are excited to bring you the Crews Estate Auction! This 2bdrm condo has alot of vintage items and furniture. She was a world traveler and has many items such as pottery, paintings, trinklets from other countries and so much more!!!

Please note: some evidence of mice in the condo. Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up.

NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person’s gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Any questions about shipping should be directed to our third party shipper, at one of the numbers below, or to our office. Items for shipping will not be taken to shipper until after pickup is over.
