This estate is small in size but large in quality!  The Dobson collection boasts of beautiful furniture including Cherry, Mahogany, Oak, and Walnut pieces that are in excellent condition. There are primitive, antique, and modern pieces in this estate!  Included in the items are full bedroom suites, dining and living room sets as well as decorative & collectible art pieces (Larry K. Martin, Will Long and Robert A. Tino).  In addition, there is a great wicker couch, loveseat, table, ottoman, and side table set that are like new, as well as outside furniture and tools. Social Distancing Preview and Pick Up Now in Place: Smaller groups are permitted at Previews and Pickups and Pickup is now three days instead of two.

Preview date is Friday, May 1, 2020, from 5-7 p.m. We are only permitting 4 individuals per half hour to come into the home for preview.

The auction will begin to soft close at 2:00pm EST on Sunday, May 3rd. Pick Up times will be Monday, May 4, Tuesday, May 5th, and Wednesday, May 6th, from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. There will be 5 individual pick-ups scheduled per hour to provide single contact on-premises.

The link to sign up for Pick Up will be in your invoice emailed to you after the close of the auction.

In addition, the home will be on the market this Spring and I will be happy to show it to you!
